Camera identifying parts on a mixed-model line

Automatic Part Detection

Recognise every variant and run the right program, without manual input.

Intelligent Recognition

Part Detection Overview

Our part detection runs on Adente Vision. The camera recognises which variant is in front of it and hands the controller a program-select code with a confidence score for every part, so the robot or process always runs the right program.

Where parts carry a code, the same system reads data-matrix, barcode or printed serial numbers and links them to the part result. HA-TEC connects the result to your PLC, robots and MES and commissions the station on your line.

One code per part, straight into your PLC

Part identification tells the controller what is in front of the camera, with a confidence score, so uncertain cases can be stopped instead of guessed. New variants are taught at the line.
